The fact that they managed to solve the problem I had of not being able to catch my breath. I had called an ambulance out 5 times before the PR team retrained my breathing and helped me to get fitter, so that I was less breathless. The PR course has given me a purpose. I will be 84 next month and I had really thought this was how my life was going to end (breathless) and I hated every second but things are so different now thanks to the PR team.
